Dr. ‘Mamoeletsi Mojalefa is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business and Management Development of the National University of Lesotho. She is also a Programme Coordinator for Bachelor of Arts in Business and Entrepreneurship.  She holds a PhD in Business Management and Administration, a Master of Business Administration (with specialization in Human Resources Management) also from North West University, and  a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (with specialisation in Human Resources Management) all from the North West University South Africa. In addition, she holds a Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from the Institute of Commercial Management – United Kingdom (through distance learning), and a Bachelor of Technology in Project Management from Central University of Technology. 

Dr. Mojalefa is an external examiner for Business Administration and Management related programmes at Limkokwing University of Creative Technology and has experience in reviewing higher education programmes in Namibia and Lesotho.  She has developed modules for Business Management programmes(both Diploma and Degree) in courses such as Human Resources Management, Organisational Behaviour, Principles of Marketing, Marketing Principles and Procedures, Risk Management, Business Research and Entrepreneurship. She has interests in Business Administration and Management, Business Research, Industrial Relations, International Trade, Human Resources Management, Entrepreneurship and Quality Assurance.
