The 2023 Research Seminar was held on the 20th of September 2023. It was themed ‘International Trade in Services and the Lesotho Economy’. The keynote paper was presented by Mr Tšotetsi Makong, a reputable and outstanding expert on international trade in services who previously served as a diplomat and a trade negotiator in Geneva, on behalf of the Kingdom of Lesotho where he severally served as the chief negotiator of African countries.
The thought-provoking keynote presentation was followed by discussions from development finance experts and legal experts on the topics listed below.
